01General provisions

These terms and conditions define the rules for using the orion-bjj.pl website. The website is run by SP- CLUB STSIAPAN PAPOU (NIP 8943270875, REGON 542975182), ul. Tęczowa 79/81, 53-601 Wrocław; contact: kontakt@orion-bjj.pl, phone: +48 889 297 030.

We issue these terms and conditions pursuant to art. 8 of the act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means (Poland). They are available free of charge on this website — you can save or print them.

02Services on the website

All services on the website are free of charge:

• browsing information about the club: programmes, schedule, pricing, coaches, news, and video lessons;
• trial training registration form;
• the "Step by Step" game with the voluntary saving of your score in a public ranking. Saving requires a nickname of 2–14 characters (letters, numbers, space, . _ -); the nickname is automatically checked for prohibited expressions, and the score — for compliance with the rules of the game. There is a limit of 30 saves within the last 24 hours from one device. Scores of games started from a later chapter do not go to the ranking. The website displays a list of the best scores, so saving does not guarantee a place on this list.

03Technical requirements

A device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser is sufficient. The game requires JavaScript to be enabled. A phone number is required to register for training.

Using online services involves the risk of malware, phishing by people impersonating the club, and unauthorised access to data on an unsecured device. Use up-to-date software and check the website address before providing any data. The nickname in the ranking is public — do not include contact details or data that allow you to be identified.

04Conclusion and termination of the contract

• The contract for browsing the website is concluded upon entering the website and ends upon leaving it.
• The contract for handling the application is concluded upon the successful submission of the form and ends after the club's reply or after the club receives your cancellation. You can cancel at any time by e-mail or phone. Submitting the form is neither registering for classes nor purchasing a pass — we will arrange the training time with you individually.
• The contract for using the game is concluded upon starting the game and ends upon leaving the game page. The contract for storing the score in the ranking is concluded upon the server accepting the score and lasts until its deletion. You can terminate it at any time by sending a request to delete the score with your nickname and score to the e-mail address provided above. Leaving the game page does not delete the saved score.

05Terms of use

It is prohibited to provide unlawful content through the website, including in the form and in the game ranking nickname. We may remove scores with an offensive or unlawful nickname from the ranking.

06Complaints

Submit complaints regarding the operation of the website by e-mail to kontakt@orion-bjj.pl or by phone at +48 889 297 030. Describe the problem and provide a contact for reply. We will reply within 14 days.

07Personal data

The rules for processing personal data and your rights are described in the Privacy Policy.

08Changes to the terms and conditions

We publish new versions of the terms and conditions on this website along with their effective date. The new version applies to contracts concluded from that date; for contracts concluded earlier, the version in force at the time of their conclusion applies. The terms and conditions do not exclude or limit consumer rights resulting from legal provisions.
